Wikileaks Reveals Hillary Lied About Marines Rejecting Her Because She Was a Woman
The classic dilemma: She's admitting she's already lied, then purporting to give you the *true* story. https://t.co/CfzGfmBthn
— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) October 8, 2016
One of the earliest reports on Hillary’s rejection claim came from The New York Times’ Maureen Dowd, who in 1994 reported Clinton’s claims as delivered at an event meant to honor military women hosted at the Capital in Washington D.C.
Dowd reported that Hillary told those gathered that she was rejected by the Marines because she was a woman. Dowd wrote that in 1975, the year she married Bill Clinton and when she was teaching at the University of Arkansas law school in Fayetteville, Hillary said she went to the Marines to see if she could sign up.
She was 27 then, she said, and the Marine recruiter was about 21. She was interested in joining either the active forces or the reserves, she recalled, but was swiftly rebuffed by the recruiter, who took a dim view of her age and her thick glasses. ‘Not Very Encouraging.’It was a story that Clinton would tell for years.
“You’re too old, you can’t see and you’re a woman,” Mrs. Clinton said she was told, adding that the recruiter dismissed her by suggesting she try the Army. “Maybe the dogs would take you,” she recalled the recruiter saying.
“It was not a very encouraging conversation,” she said. “I decided maybe I’ll look for another way to serve my country.”
However, it appears that in some of the more recent speeches Hillary was paid millions to deliver to banks and corporations she contradicted that long time story about how the Marines so abrasively rejected her.
According to transcripts released by Wikileaks, in a speech at the annual meeting of the American Society for Clinical Pathology in September of 2013, Hillary had a completely different story than she gave in the Capital in 1994.

Trump's Lewd Audio Might Have Reset the Race to His Benefit https://t.co/C5KEDgryg5
...With nothing more than the words "binders full of woman," our corrupt media did to Mitt Romney exactly what they are now doing to Trump. This is why you cannot vote for virtue; because virtue doesn't matter. No matter who the Republican is, even someone as squeaky clean as Romney, by the time the media is done with them, he will be seen as Mr. Rapey Klansman.
In the end, I supported Trump for his mercenary skill-set; because he was willing to get as ugly as necessary to win. Like Team Obama (who accused Romney of killing a woman), time and again Trump proved he would do what it takes.
This was not true of Romney or McCain, and it would not have been true of Cruz, Rubio or Jeb, had any one of them won the nomination. Thanks to Hillary's media, each would be seen today as Mr. Rapey Klansman. This is unavoidable and not to belabor the point, this is why we need to vote for a skill-set over virtue.
Americans believe in second chances.
Trump's got 30 days and two debates to make his case for one; to make his case that the choice voters face is between a contrite frat boy-pig who will bring real change or Hillary, the rape-enabling/denier who personally destroys her husband's assault victims and represents four more years of a failed presidency.
Stranger things have happened.

In a statement to The Washington Post, the billionaire hedge fund executive and his middle daughter, who finance and run a super PAC supporting Trump, dismissed the remarks caught on tape as “locker room braggadocio.”
And they charged that former president Bill Clinton committed “multiple violent sexual assaults” while the media looked away.
“America is finally fed up and disgusted with its political elite,” they stated. “Trump is channeling this disgust and those among the political elite who quake before the boombox of media blather do not appreciate the apocalyptic choice that America faces.”
Their complete statement is below:
“If Mr. Trump had told Billy Bush, whoever that is, earlier this year that he was for open borders, open trade, and executive actions in pursuit of gun control, we would certainly be rethinking our support for him. If he had admitted to Mr. Bush that he had profited privately by allowing the sale to Russia of 20% of US uranium deposits or that he had amassed his personal fortune not by hard work in the private sector but by selling favors to foreigners on the American taxpayers’ dime, we would certainly be rethinking our support for him. If he had argued that he needed both a public and a private position on issues facing the American public, we would certainly be rethinking our support for him. And finally if Trump had serially terrorized and silenced the victims of violent sexual assault whom he feared could damage his political career, we would most definitely be rethinking our support for him.
“Donald Trump’s uncensored comments, both old and new, have been echoed and dissected in the media repeatedly in an effort to kindle among his supporters a conflagration of outrage commensurate with the media’s own faux outrage. Can anyone really be surprised that Mr. Trump could have said to Mr. Bush such things as he has already admitted saying? No. We are completely indifferent to Mr. Trump’s locker room braggadocio.
“The same media that resolutely looked away when the most powerful man in the world, a sitting U.S. president with multiple violent sexual assaults to his credit, snared an impressionable young intern in his web and ruined her life, now expects us to gasp with revulsion at Mr. Trump’s irreverent comments. America is finally fed up and disgusted with its political elite. Trump is channeling this disgust and those among the political elite who quake before the boombox of media blather do not appreciate the apocalyptic choice that America faces on November 8th. We have a country to save and there is only one person who can save it. We, and Americans across the country and around the world, stand steadfastly behind Donald J. Trump.”

— Dan Morain (@DanielMorain) October 8, 2016
In 2016, dark money continues to be the coin of the realm in initiative politics. Only this time, some of the nonprofit money is helping to fund an initiative promoted by good liberals led by Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom to legalize recreational use of marijuana.
The Drug Policy Action, a nonprofit with an Oakland address, has given $4.7 million to pass Proposition 64. Nearly $4 million of that came from an entity called Fund for Policy Reform based in Washington, D.C. Billionaire George Soros, it turns out, is the source of that money, though you wouldn’t know it from campaign finance reports.
Andrew Acosta, a Democratic consultant who is helping to run an underfunded campaign to defeat Proposition 64, was first to pull at the thread by signing a complaint to the FPPC last week urging that it investigate the nonprofits and discover the donors “now, before the election.”
Jason Kinney, the spokesman for the Yes-on-64 campaign and one of Newsom’s consultants, called the complaint “silly, sloppy, totally groundless,” intended to distract from a complaint his campaign filed over a far smaller sum being spent against the legalization initiative.
To which Acosta replied, deadpan: “They’re not answering the question. Who are the donors?”
...Drug Policy Action also is funding the Yes-on-64 campaign. It, in turn, gets money from the Fund for Policy Reform, an arm of Open Society, founded by Soros, long an advocate of liberal causes including drug legalization.
As billionaires go, Soros is reasonably open about his political giving. And late Friday, Ellen Flenniken of Drug Policy Action told me Soros was the source of the $4 million that ended up in the Yes-on-64 campaign fund, though nothing in public campaign finance filings identifies him as the donor.
“Weird. Why go through all this trouble to do this?” asked Sacramento attorney Thomas Hiltachk, who specializes in campaign finance law and helped Acosta write the complaint.
If, as Flenniken says, Soros is the source of the $4 million, certain California laws would be triggered. He would have to be identified in ads as one of the measure’s major funders. He’s not....

Yes, Hillary’s savage campaigns against Bill’s “bimbos” matter. @NRO: https://t.co/VUtIxdMTEh
— Ian Tuttle (@iptuttle) October 7, 2016
The mechanics of a marriage are a mystery when viewed from the outside. But Hillary Clinton’s political aspirations have never been a mystery. Since her years as first lady of Arkansas, Hillary has been willing to stoop to ever-lower depths in the interest of attaining ever-higher office. She has not hesitated to skirt the edges of morality and legality — and, having crossed either line, deploy whatever lies, deceptions, fabrications, circumlocutions, and other rhetorical paraphernalia are necessary to avoid the consequences of her actions. It stands to reason that the Lady Macbeth of Chappaqua was comfortable with the prospect of destroying the lives of her husband’s accusers because she saw that his success was a stepping stone for her own. And, of course, she was right.
...Trump cannot make this case. He is not intellectually or temperamentally disciplined enough to tie together the strands that show that Hillary was less the bereft victim of her husband’s transgressions than his enabler, a “women’s advocate” with no compunction about slandering the “bimbos” who were obstacles in her way.
But that doesn’t mean it isn’t true, or that it isn’t relevant to the prospect of a Hillary Clinton presidency. Is there any reason to believe that the same woman who crushed the women who threatened her aspirations in the 1990s will hesitate to do the same as president? Having employed an army of underlings in stamping out threats to her ambitions, will she be reluctant to employ the apparatus of the state to do the same? After the outrages of the Obama years, during which the IRS has been used to persecute everyday Americans for their political opinions, and given Hillary’s unconcern for the letter of the law during her time as secretary of state, these are hardly unreasonable questions.

...Sometimes the art of victimhood gets confusing. If we are all victims of some sort, who are left to be the victimizers?
Can victims victimize? Can gays be Islamophobic, Muslims homophobic, blacks racist, women sexist, or Latinos xenophobic? If so, who is to sort out their relative rock/paper/scissors zero-sum grievances?
Unfortunately, Russian president Vladimir Putin, the Islamic State, and the Chinese have no particular sympathy for any American who lays claim to victim status.
Nor do foreign buyers of U.S. Treasury bonds to finance the debt defer to America’s legions of victims. A nuclear bomb from North Korea or Iran will not sort us all out by race, class, or gender, much less by victim and victimizer....

Leaked memo shows Clinton was provided questions ahead of interview https://t.co/3DVfqeV35l pic.twitter.com/jtNBYXiFfK
— The Hill (@thehill) October 6, 2016
Hillary Clinton was provided the exact questions she would be asked by daytime talk show host Steve Harvey, according to a report....
The memo was attached to an email posted on the website DCLeaks.com.
Questions included were about Clinton’s granddaughter, the former secretary of State's pizza preferences — thin crust versus deep dish — and her support for gun control policies ...
The campaign and the Harvey's producers also coordinated on which parts of Clinton’s biography would be introduced and how..
“During this segment Steve will take a trip down memory lane with YOU to talk about the different moments of YOUR life displayed in the photographs below,” the memo stated.
During the interview, Clinton acted surprised when the photos were placed on screen.
“Oh boy. Oh my goodness,” she said when a photo of her at 12-years-old was placed on the screen.
One week later, Harvey endorsed Clinton for president.

The First Presidential Debate was the most watched presidential debate in modern history with a total of 84 million viewers. As voters are engaging in this election in historic numbers, the Vice Presidential debate will provide even further clarity on who will lead this nation in the right direction.
Kaine will have an uphill battle from the beginning as he will need to defend his massive failures as a career politician. He will also need to answer for his long history of flip-flopping on key issues in much the same way as Hillary Clinton. Governor Pence will share his story as a successful governor of Indiana and his vision for helping Donald Trump Make America Great Again.

On those grounds, Clinton did not win. On many truly significant subjects she said things that were actually frightening, and he said things that were actually important....
