Haitians accuse Hillary and Bill Clinton of defrauding the country of earthquake relief funds.



Haitians at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia are trying to bring attention to Haiti, where Bill and Hillary Clinton are accused of defrauding the country of billions in earthquake relief money and destabilizing the nation’s economy and state institutions.

Mainstream media has moreover tried to ignore this most significant part of the Clintons’ background....

When the 2010 earthquake hit Haiti, former U.S. President Bill Clinton and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton exacerbated the devastation to their own benefit. In the end, billions of dollars donated by individuals from countries all around the world, weeks upon weeks of top story attention on any and every news agency around the world, left Haitians not just where they began, but in worse circumstances....

By all accounts, the money and what it was meant to do never really reached the Haitian people. While the Clinton Foundation only puts 10% of its donations towards charity, the IHRC was a real racket for Clinton pals, 1% went towards Haitian groups and agencies on the ground. All that is transparent is that the money didn’t go to Haiti, beyond that the trail goes cold.
The money for earthquake relief was funneled massively to friends of the Clintons, who so happen to be donors to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign.

It was a major kickback scheme. Even the projects that were expected of the Clinton cronies didn’t match up to their billing and barely endured a year. The State Department Inspector General would release a scathing report of waste, poor oversight, to a degree all but criminal. ISIS Waiting in Mexico...



Earlier this year a top ranking Homeland Security official acknowledged that Mexican drug cartels were helping ISIS sneak across the southern border to scope out targets for terrorist attacks.

ISIS operative Shaykh Mahmood Omar Khabir has reportedly been training militants near the US border near Ciudad Juarez for the past year....

Khabir actually brags in an Italian newspaper article published last week that the border region is so open that he “could get in with a handful of men, and kill thousands of people in Texas or in Arizona in the space of a few hours.”

Today Judicial Watch confirmed reports that ISIS is operating in Mexico.

Murdered DNC staffer was Wikileaks’ source, Assange admits in interview: WikiLeaks offers $20K for info on DNC staffer's killing





In an interview with a Dutch media outlet known as Nieuwsuur on Tuesday, Assange admitted that Rich, a staffer in the voter data department of the DNC, was Wikileak’s source within the organization.

In recent weeks, Wikileaks has released a torrent of information from inside the DNC — from emails to memos to voicemails — that has resulted in the resignation of top party officials, including Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. According to Assange, Rich arranged a large portion of this information.

After Rich’s murder, Assange announced that Wikileaks was offering a $20,000 reward for anyone who could provide information leading to an arrest and conviction in Rich’s murder case.

Assange’s interview with Nieuwsuur on Tuesday was the first time that the Wikileaks founder ever has revealed one of their sources.

Shortly after Hillary Clinton took the reins as U.S. secretary of State in 2009, a longtime confidante with deep ties to the Clinton Foundation pressed her senior aides to give a job to an unidentified male associate.

“Important to take care of” the person, Douglas Band told Clinton aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Nora Toiv in an April 22, 2009, email with the subject line “A favor…”. The name of the aide is redacted.

The exchange, which was obtained by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch under a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit and released on Tuesday, adds to the murky connections between Clinton’s role leading the State Department, her family foundation and a consulting firm for which Abedin worked part-time.





“This is evidence that Cheryl Mills covered up Hillary Clinton’s email system. She was aware of the FOIA request about Clinton’s email accounts and allowed a response to go out that was a plain lie. And you can bet if Cheryl Mills knew about this inquiry, then Hillary Clinton did, too,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This is all the more reason for Mrs. Clinton to finally testify under oath about the key details of her email practices.”

This week you told two separate news organizations that FBI Director James Comey said quote, "My answers were truthful, and that what I said is consistent with what I have told the American people."

That assertion, as you know, has been debunked by multiple news organizations which point out that Director Comey did say there's no indication that you lied to the FBI. But he didn't weigh-in on whether or not you were truthful to the American people. So my question for you is, are you mischaracterizing Director Comey testimony? A point-by-point breakdown of Donald Trump's economic plan:



During his speech in front of the Detroit Economic Club, Trump detailed a plan to reignite America's economy through tax reform, the repeal of onerous regulations, and the renegotiation of America's trade partnerships.

Here's a breakdown of key aspects of the Trump plan:

◼ 15% Corporate Tax Rate

Under Donald Trump's proposed tax plan, no corporation--large or small--would pay more than a 15% tax rate. The United States currently has the highest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world at 35% (which is closer to 40% when state taxes are included.)

"Small businesses will benefit the most from this plan," Trump said in Detroit. "Hillary Clinton’s plan will require small business to pay as much as three times more in taxes than what I am proposing.

The lower corporate tax rate will also help to end corporate-inversions in which corporations move their businesses overseas to countries with more favorable tax laws.

◼ Income Tax Reform

Trump's proposal would reduce the number of income tax brackets and bring rates down to 12%, 25% and 33%. The poorest Americans would pay 0% in income taxes.

"I am proposing an across-the-board income tax reduction, especially for middle-income Americans," Trump said. "This will lead to millions of new good-paying jobs. The rich will pay their fair share, but no one will pay so much that it destroys jobs, or undermines our ability to compete."

◼ End the Death Tax

The so-called "death tax", also known as an estate tax, is a tax levied on the estates of the recently deceased. Many economists consider this an especially onerous tax, as it's impact is disproportionately felt by the families of small business owners such as family-owned farms.

Trump said, "American workers have paid taxes their whole lives, and they should not be taxed again at death – it’s just plain wrong. We will repeal it."

◼ Renegotiate NAFTA and Stop TPP

Trump has made America's trade-deals a centerpiece of his campaign, and promises to renegotiate deals like the North American Free Trade Agreement if he is elected president.


"If we don’t get a better deal, we will walk away," Trump told the audience in Detroit.

He also promises to block the passage of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which he claims will be a "job killer".

"The next betrayal will be the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Hillary Clinton’s closest friend, Terry McAuliffe, confirmed what I have said on this from the beginning: if sent to the Oval Office, Hillary Clinton will enact the TPP. Guaranteed. Her donors will make sure of it.

◼ Repeal Obamacare

Republicans have had their sights on repealing Obamacare since the disastrous healthcare reform law was passed in 2010. Trump promises that repealing Obamacare will be his first act as president.

"One of my first acts as President will be to repeal and replace disastrous Obamacare, saving another 2 million American jobs," Trump said during Monday's speech.

◼ Lift Energy Restrictions

During his Detroit speech, Trump also outlined his plan to unleash the power of American energy production by ending a restrictive regulatory regime that harm both American workers and consumers.

Trump said:
The Obama-Clinton Administration has blocked and destroyed millions of jobs through their anti-energy regulations, while raising the price of electricity for both families and businesses.
As a result of recent Obama EPA actions coal-fired power plants across Michigan have either shut down entirely or undergone expensive conversions. The Obama-Clinton war on coal has cost Michigan over 50,000 jobs. Hillary Clinton says her plan will “put a lot of coal companies and coal miners out of business.”
We will put our coal miners and steel workers back to work. Clinton not only embraces President Obama’s job-killing energy restrictions but wants to expand them, including going after oil and natural gas production that employs some 10 million Americans.
According to the Heritage Foundation, by 2030, the Obama-Clinton energy restrictions will eliminate another half a million manufacturing jobs, reduce economic output by $2.5 trillion dollars, and reduce incomes by $7,000 dollars per person.
A Trump Administration will end this war on the American worker, and unleash an energy revolution that will bring vast new wealth to our country.

Obama's DOJ Fights Health Insurers Trying To Survive The Obamacare Wasteland



...And politics is certainly at work in this instance. President Obama promised the country that his health care legislation would increase competition and lower health insurance premiums. Now that just the opposite is happening, his administration is trying to limit the fallout and appear to be fighting for the consumer. But blocking the mergers will likely hurt consumers and competition.

Health insures are fleeing the Obamacare exchanges because of financial losses. A recent McKinsey & Co. survey found that health insurers selling in the individual market—where individuals buy their own coverage, usually through Obamacare exchanges—lost $2.7 billion in 2014. Those loses only compounded in 2015....

How do you respond?



When people tell me that it doesn’t matter whether they vote for Her Clintoness or the Trumpster because both are equally corrupt, I check my frustration and instead ask them a few questions. First: would you rather entrust your nation’s future to someone who raked in millions of dollars doing illegal favors for foreign governments while holding one of the highest offices in the land, or to someone who calls Rosie O’Donnell a pig?

Then – who is more qualified: the Democratic nominee who knowingly endangers America’s security by using an illegal basement server to hide her guilty trail of Benghazi and Clinton Foundation emails, versus the presumptive Republican nominee who has filed two or three legal bankruptcies in nearly a half century of largely successful business dealings?

Also: would you choose as commander in chief a woman who coldly lies to the grieving parents of four dead Americans as their coffins are unloaded behind her or a guy who ridicules his rivals on a debate stage?

And you must choose one, because one will be the president of the United States, the most powerful person on the planet. You may notice something about the examples here and many others I could cite. They illustrate a certain hierarchy of the horrible, and that is this: Hillary Clinton has committed crimes against the very nation she pretends to serve. Hillary Clinton Sued for Wrongful Death of Benghazi Victims Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith



The complaint, claims it is highly probable, given Hillary’s history of reckless handling of classified information, that as Secretary of State Hillary sent and received information about Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. Department of State activities and covert operations that Woods and Smith were a part of in Benghazi, Libya. This information was compromised from the second that it left Defendant Clinton’s private e-mail server and easily found its way to foreign powers including, but not limited to Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea. As a direct result of Hillary’s reckless handling of this classified, sensitive information, Islamic terrorists were able to obtain the whereabouts of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. State Department and covert and other government operations in Benghazi, Libya and subsequently orchestrate, plan, and execute the now infamous September 11, 2012 attack.

The Complaint also goes after Hillary for her lies that the terrorist attack was the result of a YouTube video. It claims that in an effort to save the re-election chances of President Barack Obama, and Hillary's own chances at winning the presidency in 2016, Hillary lied to Plaintiffs and the public saying that the Benghazi Attack was caused by Islamic reaction over an anti-Muslim YouTube video that had been posted on the internet. According to the Complaint, Hillary told this lie despite the fact that she knew immediately that this video was actually not the cause of the attack—information that she shared with the Prime Minister of Egypt and her own daughter, Chelsea Clinton. Hillary, in an attempt to save her reputation and intimidate Plaintiffs and their surviving family members into silence as she attempts to be elected President in the November 2016 election, has gone on a defamatory smear campaign to paint Plaintiffs as liars in order to discredit the Plaintiffs, who have been vocal about Hillary's dishonesty regarding the cause of the Benghazi attack, its aftermath, and the dearth of Woods and Smith.... WikiLeaks: The DNC must be held accountable, but so should the mainstream media outlets and pundits implicated in the emails



Over the last few weeks, FiveThirtyEight’s forecasts for who will win the presidential election transitioned from a virtual tie between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, to Clinton now taking an 81.7 percent chance of victory compared to 18.3 percent for Trump. At the end of July, polls were bouncing back and forth between Clinton and Trump, but recent polls show Clinton with leads as high as 14 points.

No policy stances have changed in either the Trump or Clinton campaigns during the past two weeks. Trump has provoked negative publicity with boorish comments, but given his entire presidential campaign so far, this isn’t out of the ordinary. The seemingly impressionable voter base that falls in line behind mainstream reporting is alarming. The media’s impact on elections shouldn’t be underestimated. It does, however, illuminates the importance of objectivity and balance from the mainstream press, which has been particularly lacking this campaign season.

The July Wikileaks release of nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails validated the concerns of Bernie Sanders supporters that the DNC helped rig the primary election for Clinton. These emails provided a glimpse into how the DNC and the mainstream media work together in providing public relations support for the Democratic establishment.

Rather than informing voters to enrich democracy, the mainstream media has developed a feedback loop between support for particular candidates and the political agenda they intend to support. The freedom of the press is necessary for a democracy to function. This freedom was subverted by the DNC at the consent of the mainstream media outlets. Instead of remaining autonomous, they allowed themselves to be manipulated by the DNC to back Clinton’s coronation as the Democratic presidential nominee.... Keep reading at the link above.

Obama’s Cash Payment to Iran Was More Than a Ransom — It Was A Felony



The president hoped to camouflage what he knew to be against the law.

...The reason American policy has always prohibited paying ransoms to terrorists and other abductors is that it only encourages them to take more hostages. And, as night follows day, Iran has abducted more Americans since Obama paid the cash. No matter how energetically the president tries to lawyer the ransom issue, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck . . .

More worth examining is why the transaction took the bizarre form that it did. To cut to the chase, I believe it was to camouflage — unsuccessfully — the commission of felony law violations.

The Wall Street Journal has reported that the Justice Department strongly objected to the cash payment to Iran. As we shall see, that should come as no surprise. What is surprising is the Journal’s explanation of Justice’s concerns: Department officials, it is said, fretted that the transaction looked like a ransom payment. I don’t buy that. It is not a federal crime to pay a ransom; just to receive one. Our government’s stated disapproval of paying ransoms is a prudent policy, not a legal requirement. The Justice Department’s principal job is to enforce the laws, not to ensure good policy in foreign relations. It seems far more likely that Justice was worried that the transaction was illegal.

If they were, they had good reasons....

To summarize, the anti-terrorism sanctions are still in effect, a fact the administration has touted many times. Obama conceded at his press conference both that these sanctions are still in effect and that they applied directly to his $400 million pay-out to our terrorist enemies. But here’s the president’s problem: While he is correct that the sanctions barred him from sending Iran a check or wire transfer, that is not all they forbid — not by a long shot. They also make it illegal to do what he did.

As noted above, the sanctions prohibit transactions with Iran that touch the U.S. financial system, whether they are carried out in dollars or foreign currencies. The claim by administration officials, widely repeated in the press, that Iran had to be paid in euros and francs because dollar-transactions are forbidden is nonsense; Americans are also forbidden to engage in foreign currency transactions with Iran....

CLINTON EMAIL LED TO EXECUTION IN IRAN?





The U.S. officials told American news organizations that Amiri had provided intelligence on Iran’s nuclear program for years from inside Iran, and that although he was not a major player in the country's nuclear apparatus, his information still proved useful. They said he had been paid some $5 million for the information he provided.

In this July 15, 2010 photo, Shahram Amiri, an Iranian nuclear scientist speaks with journalists at the Imam Khomeini airport, just outside Tehran, Iran, after returning to his homeland from the United States.

As Amiri made his way across the U.S. to the Pakistani Embassy, Clinton's advisers fretted over how to react.

In an email published among the trove of messages originally on Clinton's private server, top Clinton adviser Jake Sullivan (who now has a top role in her presidential campaign) expressed concern about how Amiri’s story would play in the media....

(An) email, written by energy envoy Richard Morningstar and sent days earlier, portrayed Amiri as having psychological problems.

"Per the subject we discussed, we have a diplomatic, 'psychological' issue, not a legal issue," Morningstar wrote. "Our friend has to be given a way out. We should recognize his concerns and frame it in terms of a misunderstanding with no malevolent intent and that we will make sure there is no recurrence. Our person won't be able to do anything anyway. If he has to leave, so be it."

At the time, there were some reports that Amiri, who was born in 1977, was worried about what would happen to his family, especially his young son, whom he had left behind in Iran and who clearly were under the pressure of watchful Iranian authorities....
