◼ JEB BUSH TO 'ACTIVELY EXPLORE' RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT - Caroline May/Breitbart Big Government
In a Facebook post the Republican offered holiday greetings and a note about his conversations with his family over Thanksgiving: namely the prospect of a presidential run.
“We also talked about the future of our nation. As a result of these conversations and thoughtful consideration of the kind of strong leadership I think America needs, I have decided to actively explore the possibility of running for President of the United States,” he wrote.
Bush, a proponent of amnesty for undocumented immigrants, added that early next year he will start a new PAC to reach out to Americans.
“In January, I also plan to establish a Leadership PAC that will help me facilitate conversations with citizens across America to discuss the most critical challenges facing our exceptional nation,” he wrote. “The PAC’s purpose will be to support leaders, ideas and policies that will expand opportunity and prosperity for all Americans.”

"The last thing this country needs is another Bush at the helm. I think it's a big mistake," Trump told Breitbart News, doubling down and expanding on his criticism of the former governor of Florida. In a Monday evening interview with the Fox Television affiliate in Washington, D.C., Trump said,"[t]he last thing we need is another Bush," reiterating a criticism of Bush first given to the Daily Mail earlier on Monday.◼ BEST-SELLING AUTHOR BRAD THOR: 'IF JEB BUSH IS THE NOMINEE, I WILL NEVER VOTE REPUBLICAN AGAIN' - Breitbart
◼ Six Reasons Conservatives Oppose Jeb - Ben Shapiro/Breitbart Big Government
Leftist media members simply can’t understand the tepid response from conservatives to Jeb, who governed in very conservative fashion in Florida. NPR’s S.V. Date wrote in Politico magazine, “On issue after issue, Jeb’s track record in Florida pushed conservatism’s envelope to the breaking point.” And Adam Smith of the Tampa Bay Times similarly wrote, incredulously, “Jeb Bush, a moderate squish?”

...before everyone starts dusting off their old Bush and Clinton paraphernalia for a rematch of the families in 2016, let’s consider that while Democrats may have a weak bench of candidates this go round, the same is not true for the GOP.
For the first time in a very long time, the Republican Party has not one, not two, but several would-be candidates, at both the state and national level, who are not only “viable,” but also conservative. And it’s the latter ingredient that many today question about Jeb Bush.
