City Clerk Karen Dunham said Councilwoman Julie Woodall, Councilwoman Melissa Marks and Councilman Gordon Johnson may soon be vacating their seats. Dunham added that of the three, Johnson is the only one to indicate that he's putting his hat back in the ring.
"As far as paperwork goes, I haven't received any yet," Dunham said.
