◼ Boston Bombing Suspects Photos Released with Video: No Ethnicity Mentioned - Maggie's Notebook
The man in the white ball cap is considered Suspect No. 2 and was seen on video dropping a bag or backpack near the site of the second blast in Boston. Less is known about the man in the dark cap and sunglasses. No connections to the markings on either hat was mentioned. Do either look familiar to you? No mention of ethnicity was mentioned, although someone on Fox commented that the suspect was a “white” man – happened just minutes before the FBI press conference. Sorry I don’t know who made the comment. There were also online reports circulating last night that the suspect in the photos was “White.”
If Suspect No. 2 in the white hat dropped what we are told was a black nylon backpack, his backpack looks to be white or gray with black trim. Suspect No. 1 in the dark hat has a black backpack.
Look at the top right photo of the man in the white ball cap. Doesn’t it look as though we are looking at bare skin across his shoulders, rather than the jacket we see in the top left photo?

Minutes before the bombs blew up in Boston, Jeff Bauman looked into the eyes of the man who tried to kill him.
Just before 3 p.m. on April 15, Bauman was waiting among the crowd for his girlfriend to cross the finish line at the Boston Marathon. A man wearing a cap, sunglasses and a black jacket over a hooded sweatshirt looked at Jeff, 27, and dropped a bag at his feet, his brother, Chris Bauman, said in an interview.
Two and a half minutes later, the bag exploded, tearing Jeff’s legs apart. A picture of him in a wheelchair, bloodied and ashen, was broadcast around the world as he was rushed to Boston Medical Center. He lost both legs below the knee.
