FAKE NEWS: CNN Runs Bogus Report That Trump Campaign Received Early Access To Hacked Docs
Exclusive: Donald Trump, Trump Jr. and others in the Trump Organization got an email in September 2016 offering a decryption key and link for hacked WikiLeaks documents https://t.co/XeMMrTvoHb pic.twitter.com/ZknCBWwiQK

So CNN misreported the date of the Wikileaks email that @DonaldJTrumpJr received, meaning that the entire point of the story --

...If you know anything about California, you likely now know why good old Governor Moonbeam is freaking out. California may be filled with natural wonders, but it’s also a Democratic area chock full of people who earn $200,000 or more — and it’s also known for high state-level income taxes, with a top marginal rate of 13.3 percent. In the bad old days, Californians could count on simply deducting this highway robbery from their federal taxable income, masking the state’s shenanigans and blunting the financial pain. The GOP tax bill yanks what is essentially a federal subsidy away, forcing blue-state residents to face the reality of their local high-tax, high-spending regimes....
This is basic federalism at work. In theory, it should encourage accountability, particularly among high-tax states long dependent on the federal tax code to soften the blow. But as we all know, accountability is no fun. Public panicking and blaming “the rich” — this is all rather hilarious, given that high-income earners in blue states are the losers here, with middle-class taxpayers and small businesses largely on the winning end — is apparently a far more amusing use of time. Thus, moving forward, when Jerry Brown moans about the tax bill benefiting “the rich,” please loosely translate it as this: “Quick! We need a distraction! California has long been soaking its upper middle class. The GOP tax bill will make it crystal-clear that a significant chunk of this tax burden is coming from . . . from . . . US!” ...

This headline is overwrought, but the article is very good. https://t.co/D0oFe7lpyS
— Brit Hume (@brithume) December 7, 2017
It’s not just our politics that is broken; our media is broken too, and hopelessly. The bias used to be hidden, but now it is open, glaring, and shameless. Our media outlets have become very tribal and are openly rooting for or against the party and politician of their choice—truth, fairness, honesty, justice, and journalistic principles be damned.
I didn’t go to a fancy journalism school, and don’t even have a journalism degree, but I know enough to realize that what is happening is bad, and that when the media self-divide into rabidly partisan camps, citizens suffer and democracy suffers. When Sean Hannity says “journalism has died in America,” I agree with him.

'That’s three years per ball. She squeezed those suckers so tight, she left nothing for me. Thanks, Katie,' she said.
Vieira, who once found a bag of sex toys in Lauer's office, also roped Al Roker into the sex joys.
'People say he’s so prim and proper, like he’s got a stick up his a**. It’s not a stick, my friends, it’s Al Roker’s d***.”
Couric made an extraordinarily rude joke about Lauer, her co-host for several years, performing oral sex on Ann Curry.
'He loves to eat curry,' she said, prompting gasps from the room before adding: 'What? Indian food! What’s wrong with you people?' ...

— Sahil Kapur (@sahilkapur) November 20, 2017
...The tax plan approved this week would have made some good steps forward — simplifying the tax code, changing the corporate tax rate from the world’s highest to be more globally competitive, and bringing down the rates for individual taxpayers — but I worry that even under the reduced tax rates, many across our state could be forced to pay more, not less, and for me that is simply unacceptable.
For taxpayers in our district, being able to deduct their state and local income taxes from their federal return is the first line of defense against the tax increase factory the Democrats have built in Sacramento. Democrats in our state Capitol have worked around the clock for years, churning out tax increases by the dozen on everything from gasoline, everyday purchases, paychecks — even plastic bags at the grocery store. Taken together, our state lawmakers have put Californians’ taxes at the top of the list — highest income taxes in the country, highest sales taxes nationwide and now, thanks to the latest 12-cent-a-gallon gas tax hike, the highest gas prices anywhere in the land.
For Americans with leaders in their state Capitol less greedy than our own, eliminating the deduction makes little difference. But for us, eliminating the ability of Californians to deduct their hefty state and local taxes significantly compounds the substantial burdens already imposed on the taxpayers by our state. Even worse, eliminating the state and local tax deduction would assure that almost all of the bill’s tax cuts would be distributed to other states — leaving California with the bill.
Hard-working Californians deserve to see a tax cut too.

5. In essence, the *leaked* reports from The New York Times and Washington Post appear to have come from an advanced intention to get out ahead of the IG report, and defend/protect the interests of the Top-Tier of the domestic Intelligence Community. https://t.co/icSHaD5qvD
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
6. When the domestic IC wants to protect it's interests they generally leak to the Washington Post. Hence: https://t.co/TcaxgaFHVc
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
7. The larger stories today seem to build out on a specific narrative that appears, well constructed, to further defend those interests. The Deep State, and the 'Black Hat' operatives within it, is/are circling the wagons per se'.
8. A part of that clear strategy now appears to be a willingness to throw Deputy Head of Counterintelligence, FBI Agent Peter Strzok, under the bus in an effort to avoid their own culpability in politicized FBI investigative practices.
9. A day of headlines, explosive headlines, appear entirely shaped to make Deputy Head of Counterintelligence, FBI Agent Peter Strzok, the scapegoat. Let's take a look at what roles the media are assigning to Strzok from recent publishing.
10. According to media reporting: Peter Strzok was the lead FBI agent in charge of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
12. Agent Strzok was also reported as the FBI contact person to receive the Russian Dossier and interview the author Christopher Steele. [Remember, Hillary Clinton’s team paid Christopher Steele (via Fusion GPS) to create the dossier.] https://t.co/icSHaD5qvD
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
13. Throughout 2016 Agent Strzok was the primary counterintelligence investigator for the ‘vast Russian election-hacking conspiracy’, and subsequent narrative.
15. Over the weekend reports of agent Strzok being removed from the Mueller Team after the OIG Inspector General discovered anti-Trump/pro-Clinton content within his internal communication. That DOJ-OIG investigation has been going on all year. pic.twitter.com/SoIrBDiRWW
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
17. Within today's media cycle the framework around Agent Strzok expands with additional information: "[He] was the person who interviewed National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn on January 24th, 2017" https://t.co/SV7E0sThml
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
19. The Flynn interview led to charges of "misleading the FBI" and Mueller charging him with lying to the FBI. An expanded explanation of why Flynn appeared to take this approach is here 👇 https://t.co/vtgPGuw2tM
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
21. Then comes THIS stunning revelation: https://t.co/2rsp7LQ6Sh That Agent Strzok was the actual person who changed the wording of the FBI Director James Comey script ...which changed the outcome from "clearly illegal" to a matter of "poor judgement"

26. See where this is going?
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) December 5, 2017
Deputy Head of Counterintelligence, FBI Agent Peter Strzok - is being set up as the fall guy for the entire apparatus.
27. This is a classic maneuver to protect the interests of the deep state officials, from the outcome of a pending, almost complete, Inspector General investigation. Pin all the bias on Strzok and position him as the hub in the wheel of consequence.
28. However, there's two sides/risk to making Strzok both the ROOT and the TRUNK of the poisonous (bias) FBI investigative tree.
29. If FBI Agent Strzok is shown to have conflicting political and institutional bias, then every outcome of the investigation he was involved in comes into question. And Deep State is positioning Strzok at the EPICENTER of every aspect, of EVERY investigation.
30. Which implies their willingness to admit there's no actual 'there' there, within the "Vast Russian Conspiracy" investigation.
31. Of course, the gamble is the viewing U.S. electorate will accept the end of the ridiculous Russian Ruse (likely) -AND- also the end of the Clinton investigation outcome (not likely).
32. Which takes us full circle back to the DOJ-OIG Inspector General years-long investigation. If the IG wants higher officials than FBI Agent Peter Strzok, they might strike an immunity deal for cooperation. However, Comey and Mueller et al would also know that approach.
34. There's a limited number of safe seats in this game of musical chairs; and if the OIG investigation is indeed the originating influence for this recent deep state positioning, the Inspector General is controlling the music. pic.twitter.com/l7qaVXyRgM
