…It’s whom the Trump and Carson supporters would back if either candidate dropped out of the race.
In a Fox News poll released Tuesday, Trump and Carson dominated the competition, with 24% and 23%, respectively. Senator Ted Cruz came in third, with Senator Marco Rubio and former Governor Jeb Bush rounding out the top five.
Carson was the Republican named most often as a second choice candidate, followed by Trump and Rubio, with Carly Fiorina in fourth and Senator Cruz in fifth.
