Two more ObamaCare nonprofit insurers go belly up



Darrell Issa: With the announcement that the co-ops created under the President's health care law in Tennessee and Kentucky will close, almost a third of the program’s co-ops – which were “created by the Affordable Care Act in 2011 at a cost of $2.4 billion” – are now defunct.
