Doctors at the Dallas hospital where the first confirmed victim of Ebola in the U.S. is being treated initially failed to recognize the man was suffering from the deadly disease. News reports now say that, when the man first went to the hospital for help, he was given antibiotics and sent home.
According to the NBC station in Dallas, hospital officials say a man who tested positive for Ebola was released from the hospital two to three days before returning for treatment.
